RRB ALP Recruitment 2024:- The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has issued a notification for the recruitment of 5696 positions for Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) / Technician under Advt. No. CET 01/2024. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and are interested can submit their applications online through the provided link from 20.01.2024 to 19.02.2024. Age Limit: (18 to 33 years as on 01.07.2024)

  • For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 02.07.1991 and not later than 01.07.2006. (both date inclusive)
  • For OBC: Born not earlier than 02.07.1988 and not later than 01.07.2006. (both dates inclusive)
  • For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 02.07.1986 and not later than 01.07.2006. (both dates inclusive)

 

Qualification: Certificate from ITI in Fitter / Electrician / Instrument Mechanic / Millwright / Maintenance Mechanic / Mechanic (Radio & TV) / Electronics Mechanic / Mechanic (Motor Mechanic) / Wireman / Tractor Mechanic / Armature & Coil Winder / Mechanic (Diesel) / Heat Engine / Turner / Machinist / RAC OR Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile / Engineering.

Fees: Rs. 500/- for General / OBC / EWS candidates and Rs. 250/- fee for SC / ST / EBC / ESM / Female candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Fees Refund Policy: 

  • For General /OBC / EWS: Rs. 400/- will be refunded after giving 1st stage test.
  • For SC / ST / Female / EsM / PwD: Rs. 250/- will be refunded after giving 1st stage test.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of ALP / Technician in RRB Recruitment 2024 are given below:

  • Written Test (CBT)

  • Medical Examination

Pay Scale: Rs. 19900 – Rs. 63200/-
